The weekly and the daily prices per apartment include:

- parking inside the Villa, water, light, gas, heating, air condition, tableware, cookware, weekly supply of bed linen and bathroom towels, weekly room cleaning, equipment of the Villa garden;

Extra payment:

- coal for barbecue, wood for fireplace (Monti apartment only), mountain bike hire, Internet Wireless Access;

TERMS AND CONDITION:

Minimum length of stay: 2 nights.

Check-in: 3.00p.m. – 8.00p.m.
Check-out: until 10.30 a.m.

Booking: a deposit equivalent of 30% of the total amount of the lease is necessary to confirm your reservation. You can pay by credit cards / Pay Pal on-line or by a Bank Transfer.

Animals are not allowed inside the apartments.
